Policy
At our salon, we have the following policies for the mutual convenience of both our clients and the salon:
• We have the right to refuse or stop service for anyone who is being disrespectful.
• Health issues or diabetes must be communicated before service.
• We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal items or gift certificates.
• We do not provide refunds on services. However, we will resolve your issues with the service itself.
• Our prices are available on our menu.
• Please confirm the prices with the nail technician before receiving the services.
• Please give us advance notice for canceling appointments.
• If you need clarification on the service you would like, please talk to our salon manager.
• If you are unsatisfied with our service, please inform the salon manager immediately. We will do our best to remedy the situation.
